What is your UK returns policy?

For UK orders, we operate a 21 day returns policy on all items. Once this window has passed, we cannot accept any returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

What is your international returns policy?

For international orders, we operate a 24 day returns policy. Once this window has passed, we cannot accept any returns.

When will my return be processed?

Once the item you would like to return has been accepted and it has been inspected, it will be processed in the next 5 working days for UK orders, and 7 working days for international orders

How will I know that my return has been received?

Once we have received your returned item, you will receive email conformation that it has arrived. 

How do I complete a return?

All returns must be completed by filling out the online returns form. By doing this it helps us locate your order and process the return as well as helping us understand why you wish to return the products. You can find this form by following this link.

Will shipping charges be refunded?

Unless your entire order was incorrect or damaged, we will not refund delivery charges.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If you are a UK customer, you will be responsible for any charges to return your products to us. Yous can either pay at your local Post Office Branch or online at www.royalmail.com.
