Where is my order?

Your order can be tracked using the link provided or through the courier website.

One of my items isn't there?

We may have sent your order in separate packages depending on the size of the order, or the specifications you provided at the checkout. Please check your receipt that was sent to the email you used at the checkout.

If there is a case of a missing item, please contact support@coolpyjamasuk.com, and put Missing item and your order number in the subject line.   

The item I received is incorrect?

If you have received an item that is incorrect, please contact support@coolpyjamasuk.com, and put Incorrect item and your order number in the subject line.   

One or more of my items are faulty/damaged?

If you have received an item that is in anyway damaged or faulty, please contact support@coolpyjamasuk.com, and put Damaged item and your order number in the subject line.   

I have incorrectly placed an order, can I cancel?

If you would like to cancel an order, you can do so while it is still in the Processing stage.

If the order was placed before 12pm, with next day delivery selected, you will have until 13:30 to cancel the order. Once this time frame has passed and you would still like to cancel the order, please email support@coolpyjamasuk.com and put Cancel item and your order number in the subject line.

For cancelations on all other orders, you will have until 15:30 the same day.

Can I order a different size Top and Trouser?

Unfortunately, our pyjamas are sold as sets and cannot be customised at this time. Please refer to our size guide to ensure you order the correct size.

Do you sell internationally?

At this present time we only sell to the UK, but we are actively working on delivering to the rest of the world.
